CENTERS' management approach is customized for each client yet retains our uniform quality. Our firm unites site staff with a centralized administrative team, each contributing to the firm's goals and client needs. The CENTERS team is innovative, entrepreneurial, trail-blazing, and ambitious for both CENTERS and our clients. Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities

 

Provide daily assistance with the administration of Fitness and Wellness Department: 

  • Responsible for maintaining fitness studios.
  • Assist in tracking group fitness participation
  • Aid in planning and preparation for special events.
  • Responsible for basic filing and organization of office area.
  • Attend all fitness and wellness staff meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Availability to work 8 to 12 hours per week.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and decision-making skills.
  • Certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED use, as required. Training will be provided by the department.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Office environment/fitness center environment
  • Typically quiet, sometimes moderate to loud noise

Physical Demands

  • Sitting at desk or table for at least 60% of the work day.
  • Standing or walking for at least 40% of the work day.
  • Repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement (while operating computer equipment).
  • Occasional bending, stooping.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Eye-hand coordination (keyboard typing).
  • Hearing and talking.
