The Office Manager has full responsibility for the functional operations of the administrative office. Responsibilities include carrying out the day to day operations of the office, providing support to the member & guest service, marketing and business operations areas as well as assisting full time staff, specifically the Coordinator of Marketing & Special Events, with administrative tasks and projects.
Internal contacts include staff at all levels. External contacts include external customers and vendors. Contact involves troubleshooting, informing, exchanging information, negotiating, making recommendations, and giving information or instructions.
