Centers is currently operating campus recreation centers at ten colleges/universities within the United States.




    • Assists with the preparation, forecasting and monitoring of income and expense budgets as it relates to the area
    • Creates and develops administrative as well as program policies and procedures within for Competitive Sports
    • Create marketing pieces and/or collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator for promoting Intramural Sports and Sport Clubs
    • Keep up to date with all Sport Club Presidents and club activities
    • Establish and maintain working relationships with Student Life for Sport Club protocol
    • Attend New Student Orientations to promote programs
    • Create marketing pieces and/or collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator for promoting any special events
    • Establish effective fundraising ideas for all Sport Clubs
    • Hire, schedule, train, and evaluate intramural supervisors, officials, and scorekeepers
    • Serve as the direct supervisor for intramural officials
    • Help update all policies and procedure manuals for Intramurals and Sport Clubs
    • Assist with planning the operating budget for the program
    • Assist with maintenance and repair of program supplies
    • Assist with creating the Intramural Schedule each semester
    • Purchase equipment and items as needed for specific programs with approval of Competitive Sports and Adventure Recreation Coordinator
    • Assist in the hiring of student staff members for program areas
    • Work as an Intramural Supervisor/Official
    • Attend all professional staff meetings
    • Attend all biweekly meetings with Competitive Sports and Adventure Recreation Coordinator
    • Other duties as assigned


    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree in a related field
    • Must be accepted into a masters program at Jacksonville State University
    • Leadership and supervisory abilities
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm
    • Ability to write concise, logical reports
    • Ability to work independently
    • Knowledge of standard practices in recreational sports
    • Ability to thrive in an environment that values high expectations, accountability, and balanced lifestyles.
