    • Greet members
    • Check member identification
    • Conduct safety clinics
    • Assist patrons with rental and retail items
    • Train new participants on wall safety and belay techniques
    • Ensure everyone is following the safety guidelines while using the wall
    • Enforce all policies and procedures during shifts
    • Ability to work with others in a group setting
    • Respond to emergency situations that happen on shift at the wall
    • Perform other duties as assigned


    Minimum Requirements:

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Strong reasoning, interpersonal communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills
    • Willingness and ability to enforce policies and resolve conflicts
    • Basic computer skills
    • Ability to handle several tasks at once with frequent interruptions
    • Completion of First Aid, CPR, and AED training, as required
