We partner with organizations and universities to manage their departments, facilities, finances, and deliver exceptional customer service. Centers is currently operating recreation centers at ten sites within the United States. Specifically at this location, Mylan Park owns, programs, leases, and manages over 300 acres of mixed use recreation, social, health, and wellness facilities.


    • Oversee all facets of the Park office area.
    • Assist with registrations for all programs and services, in person and by phone.
    • Daily cash handling and deposit.
    • Assist in all areas of the budget.
    • Data entry of payroll information.
    • Answers phones for full-time staff.
    • Order office supplies and handle the department’s mail.
    • Duties related to aquatic center membership, including sending letters to members, verifying membership applications, and handling renewals of lockers and memberships.
    • Assist with Park rental contracts and payments.
    • Schedule meetings for full-time staff.
    • Assist in completing purchase orders and work orders.
    • Set-up all travel arrangements for full-time staff and interview candidates


    Minimum Requirements:

    • Strong computer skills, typing skills, organizational skills, and customer service skills.
    • Cash-handling experience.
    • Ability to multitask effectively.

    • Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Interaction with patrons, faculty, staff.
