Centers is currently operating campus recreation centers at eight universities within the United States.
The Coordinator of Facilities and Operations is responsible to support the day-to-day operations of the 130,000-square foot recreation center including but not limited to: gymnasium, studios, event set-up, equipment cleaning/maintenance/repairs and employee certifications. This position will lead risk management practices, mock drills, compliance, and the emergency action plan. This position will act as the liason with all third party partners and Harper College user groups to provide uniform program registration using CENTERS’ software system. In addition, this position supervises part-time facility monitor and maintenance staff.
Site Specific Responsibilities:
Internal contacts include staff at all levels. External contacts include external customers and vendors. Contact involves troubleshooting, informing, exchanging information, negotiating, making recommendations, and giving information or instructions.
